The family friendly gym and sports complex is located within Gunnersbury Park, a short walk from Acton, Chiswick and Brentford. The large, airy first floor gym overlooks the park, with state of the art Life Fitness equipment across the dedicated cardio, strength, resistance and functional areas; with adult and junior memberships available. Our two fitness studios offer a variety of classes, from Yoga to HIIT to Group Cycle, plus virtual Aerobics and Group Cycle classes. The large sports hall offers badminton, handball, futsal, basketball, netball and volleyball for all ages and abilities. Available to hire outdoors are 8 floodlit tennis courts, 2 full size all weather football pitches, a rugby pitch and 3 grass cricket wickets.
