Dedicated Strongman Strength & Conditioning Gym has a thriving & enjoyable Strongman /Woman and general strength community with Liverpool. We have a fully kitted out Strongman Gym including 2 x 20m Runs inside. Not only do we cater for Strongman/woman, we also have plenty of Powerlifters, equipment & the right environment. If its just general keep fit, we have you covered with the advantage of making boring sessions fun and challenging. We offer Day Passes at PS5, Monthly Memberships at PS40 and 4 onsite Personal Trainers who will give prices on request. Come and try something new, you won't be disappointed.
