Welcome to F45 Training in Shepherd's Bush! We provide some of the most effective training available for every single one of our members. Our unique class structure packs a comprehensive full-body workout into just 45 minutes while achieving incredible results! The team mentality here at our gym in Shepherd's Bush helps to keep everyone motivated - when one of us makes progress, we all do. Our studio was purpose built from the ground up to be the best gym in the area, so we have a great layout, top of the line equipment, and excellent facilities (including 11 showers, 90+ large lockers, proper changing rooms, free towels and more!). Add to that our incredible trainers with decades of experience and it's not wonder we see the results we do!
