MJ's is a no frills gym with resistance equipment, functional training equipment, cardio training equipment and a large matted area with punch bags, speed ball , etc. We offer 24 hour access with the safety of permanently locked doors, key fob entry and numerous cameras ensuring your safety and ours. The gym has a majority of female members and is owned and run as a family business.
