We are a boxing and fitness gym Where everyone is welcome at any level of boxing or fitness. We like to help people with reach their goals mentally and physically. IBF world champion Lee Haskins has put together a boxfit class with his years of experience that you must try! We also offer personal training sessions, kids classes, junior boxing classes and ladies only boxfit classes. Alternatively you can use the gym and train at your own leisure We offer pay as you go and a monthly membership. Pop down and say hello and give it a go! Everyone is welcome
