The home of Power-Building Every piece of equipment you could ever wish for as a Powerlifter we have 2 combo racks, We are the only gym in the north east to have two mono lifts whilst some gyms don't even have one. Also the home of Powerlifting Team Great Britain athlete Abdul Mojeed Sulayman. We have numerous amounts of members and coaches competing at the highest level in both Powerlifting and Bodybuilding. Our dumbbells range from 1kg - 80kg A free sauna is included in your monthly membership as we understand just how important recovery is for our athletes. Very rarely will you see a gym with Bodybuilders, Powerlifters and Strongmen all training along side eachother. We also run an arm wrestling club every Friday night.
