Apex gym is a great training facility based in Bishop's Stortford. A welcoming and inclusive environment. No matter of abilities, we want you to train in a place where you feel confident whilst achieving your goals. We have memberships which include gym use 7 days a week, and we also have a selection of classes. We provide 1-1s/small group training. Children/teen classes and supervised gym training for under 16 years. we cater for SEN members too. We really are a gym with the community at heart
