Arena Health & Fitness is an independent fitness and weight training gym, with locations in both Newark and Collingham. Our well equipped gyms and highly qualified staff offer everything you need to be able to achieve your goals. The gyms are equipped with a wide variety of cardiovascular and resistance machines plus a large selection of free weights including; multiple bench presses, lifting platform, squat rack and DB's up to 50kg. We also have a functional area that includes a prowler track, battle ropes, kettle-bells, farmer's walk handles and more, plus a training rig that has punch bags, TRX & more! We pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming environment, which caters for all ages and abilities.
