While many praise the friendly and professional staff, particularly for massages and facials, significant concerns persist regarding dated and poorly maintained pool areas, including small hot tubs and unclean facilities. The gym also suffers from cramped spaces and equipment in need of repair, compounded by issues with inconsistent management communication and high prices relative to the quality offered."
