Bexhill Leisure Centre is operated by Freedom Leisure on behalf of Rother District Council. It has a large gym with a variety of equipment including lifting platforms, functional kit, plate loaded and weight resistance machines plus treadmills, cross-trainers and steppers. There is also a health suite area with traditional sauna, infrared sauna and steam room. We have a cycling and aerobics studio, squash court, sports hall and dedicated soft play room plus cafe area. There are plenty of sessions to participate in including walking sports, back to netball and no strings badminton.
