Fully equipped commercial gym. Family run and friendly. All gym users welcome from first timers to professionals. We have a huge selection of equipment including the usual cardio machines, free-weights, smith machine, squat racks, lifting platforms, strongman equipment (atlas stones, log, axel bars, yoke etc). There really is something here for everyone of every level. We also have a very experienced and sought-after Personal Trainer who offers PT sessions from as little as PS20 per hour with one of our memberships!
