Our owner Stuart has over 30 years' experience in the health and fitness industry, spending 20 of them working in professional football as a physiotherapist, physiologist, sports scientist and performance manager across the Premier League, the Championship, Leagues 1 and 2, and the MLS. He gained a vast amount of knowledge working with elite athletes and top consultants.
