Bounce Beyond Leicester offer two types of group exercise classes; Pilates and Rebounding (Bounce). Pilates classes are functional; designed to improve and correct posture using both standing and mat-work exercises. Rebounding is a cardio workout to banging dance tunes in a club atmosphere; based on high quality studio mini trampolines. We have face to face classes running at multiple locations around Leicester as well as Pilates online Zoom classes. We also provide high energy bounce workshops for schools Our unique school workshops are fun, fully inclusive, low impact and proven to boost children's self-esteem, confidence and enhance cognitive development. Laura has a wealth of 20 years qualified experience as a fitness instructor.
