CF Bathgate are a strength & conditioning gym and fitness community owned by Damian and Joseph Duffin. They formed the business in 2008 and continue to teach adults, youths and children. They also deliver tuition across the country and spent more than 10 years coaching in Scandinavia and across Europe.
