Welcome to Claire Neo Yoga Located in the heart of Wallasey, Wirral, within the Grosvenor Ballrooms. A place for you to come as you are, with no expectations. I will meet you exactly where you are. My teaching style is flow-based, incorporating movement with breath. I offer modifications to ensure the classes are inclusive for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. My goal is to provide a safe and happy space for you to move, breathe, relax, and simply let go of everything outside the room. I look forward to welcoming you to my classes.
