Complete Health and Fitness (CHF) is a family run business in Benfield Way, Braintree. We pride ourself on making anyone feel welcome, no matter your experience. We offer something for everyone interested in fitness; from classes to lifting heavy weights and everything in between. If you are new to fitness there is always an instructor on hand to help you. We will write you a personalised programme and show you how to use the machines. All of our memberships are contract free and there are no hidden costs. Classes are included in all memberships. Pop in any time to see us and we will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have. We also have beauty treatments, sports massage and a barbers available on site.
