CrossFit Oswestry's aim is to help you improve your Health and Fitness using the CrossFit methodology. We have been a CrossFit licensed Affiliate for over six years. We are proud to be the first and still the only CrossFit Affiliate in the area. Our Trainers are all experienced in the Fitness industry, and are all Certified CrossFit Trainers. CrossFit is for everyone. All levels of Fitness, all ages, and all backgrounds. From teenager to Grandparent. From couch to Athlete. From Builder to School Teacher, and from the Forces to the Desk job. We run group sessions 6 days a week, mornings and evenings.
