CrossFit Tamar is a dedicated fitness community focused on promoting strength, endurance, and overall wellness through dynamic workouts and supportive camaraderie. Our CrossFit Box, housed at Morecore Gym Saltash, runs 2-3 daily sessions, as well as a Teen CrossFit group. Access us through a CrossFit memebership or as Drop-in. Free trials and inductions available.
