At CrossFit Wrexham our mission is "To create a welcoming and supportive environment, in which people of all abilities can work together to achieve their goals through movement." We offer CrossFit Classes, with experienced Coaches, and pride ourselves on having a CF L3 Head Coach, and a Biomechanics Clinic on site. Everyone is welcome - you start by learning the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit through group beginners classes or 1-2-1 Personal Coaching. This gives you the knowledge and foundational experience of CrossFit to join main class. Regardless of your experience, you will continue to receive coaching and development to achieve your health and fitness goals, and continue to progress in capacity and capability.
