Fun, fabulous, accessible, friendly and welcoming dance fitness in the community. Going strong since 2010 - a local family business built through living in the community. Different classes have different focus - traditional cardio and toning classes, strength and flexibility, balance and breath. Classes for all abilities and experience from 16 to 100. Children under 16 welcome by specific agreement. We also offer a variety of dance event and special options with a fully qualified ISTD dance teacher. Kids and adults alike love these.
