Class Time Table: Mondays - 5:50pm - 7:15pm (Class starts at 6:15pm) Tuesday - 5:50pm - 7:15pm (Class starts at 6:15pm) Wednesdays - 6pm - 7pm (Mixed) / 7pm - 8pm (female only) Thursdays - 6pm - 7pm (Juniors only) Fridays - 6pm - 7pm (advanced sparring) Saturdays - 11am - 12am (Mixed) -- Junior's PS4, Adults PS6 or PS15 a week --- Our gym boasts full size boxing ring and padded floor covering 1600 sq ft. We have a wide range of equipment including Thai Pads, Body Belts, Sparring gloves, bag gloves and shin guards are all provided. Dean Whites gym established 1991 by Dean White and Sandra Lawson. Dean White has produced over 30 CHAMPIONS competing in Britain, Europe and the World games, he has had 83 title winners over 16 years.
