EmpowHER Fitness is a female-only gym, designed to promote and encourage self-love and empowerment. We coach and nurture your fitness journey through a selection of membership packages. The Gym is designed to suit Small Group Personal Training (SGPT). Our classes are all lead by our very own EmpowHER coaches, Coral & Kay, who are fully qualified and experienced with female programming, meaning that every class is specifically planned around strengthening, sculpting and creating your fittest, healthiest body. Our Classes are capped at 14 people per class, each class lasts 45 minutes consisting of the warm-up, main workout and a cool-down stretch. So what are you waiting for? We can't wait to see you!
