Members and non members gym ..only members get 20 hour access 365 days .. which are from 4am until midnight daily non members walkins are Mon-Fri 9-9 Sat & Sun 9-1 ..please note that non members cannot access the gym before manned hours which are stated .. no member can let another person in on their fingerprint it's only for their personal use .. we also have a gym shop which is open in manned hours that sells supplements clothing and other gym items .. we are also on FB and insta under Energetics Treorchy
