Believe it or not, Evolution is the birth child of Liquid nightclub in Wrexham after a drunk night out! Opened in July '16 the gym has gone from strength to strength, a bodybuilders haven turned Hybrid paradise with personal training at the heart of what we do. Jimmy started as sole member of staff and we now have a team of 9 working tirelessly to provide you with the experience you receive today. With elements from every style of training, from metcon group sessions, to bodybuilding, to crossfit, to strong man and strength to your basic treadmills and bikes.
