Fit by Sonic has been in business since 2008 and knows the importance of supporting each individual with their goals and objectives. We run weekly Fun Keep Fit Classes from 16+ Zumba | Pilates| Tone & Conditioning Bootcamps. We also provide Personal Training and Nutrition & Wellbeing advise.
