Offering the best Fitness Classes in town with over 30 classes a week 7 days a week, a fully equipped weights room, fully equipped cardio room, 2 class studios and a separate spin studio! Everything under 1 roof! We offer early morning classes 6:15am mid morning classes 9:30am & 10am and classes from 6/6:30pm right through to 8pm and classes on Saturdays and Sundays too! We have some of the most highly qualified instructors around from Pre and Post Natal Qualified and Exercise Referral Qualified! We have the best team of Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers to help everyone on their Health and Fitness Journey!
