Free off-road parking for members is also available. Group exercise classes are available every day and include spin, Insanity, yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Swiss ball, pole dancing and core, to name just a few. We also offer ladies only classes and a dedicated ladies only training space. For those who need help defining their health and fitness goals, personal training sessions are available.
