Fly Girls Fitness is a business venture that was created with the female body in mind. My heart's desire is to help women feel good about themselves through a creative fitness approach. I have created an environment that helps to support the female body as she changes over her lifetime both physically and spirituality. Fly Girl's work on unleashing the feminine power that lies dormant in most women through the art of movement. Over the past two decades I have helped women gain more self confidence with their bodies, this translates into their daily lives. Fly Girls is a positive space where girls can be girls and support one another.
