An independently owned, modern, happy, friendly health club, welcoming to all. We host over 50 classes a week and have a first class gym with free, friendly help and advice from wonderful instructors. Our toning salon is an effective, relaxed area to improve your flexibility, range of movement and strength. Our wonderfully warm leisure swimming pool is approx 5m x 17m. We host children's lessons and aqua classes. Our spa area offers sauna, steam and a jacuzzi, lovely! The Fort is the home of squash and racketball in Plymouth. Coaching is available for children and adults. We have teams in local Plymouth leagues Wonderful breakfasts and lunches can be had in the licensed lounge, the food is outstanding. Meeting rooms can be hired.
