Fusion Leigh CrossFit is a 3000 sq/ft family run fitness facility equipped with men's and women's changing rooms, complete with showers. We are located on Moss Industrial Estate in Leigh, with great connections to the East Lancs Road and the M6. We offer group classes and individual coaching, utilizing primarily the CrossFit methodology coupled with other training formats. Leigh CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. Alongside the Leigh CrossFit classes we hold morning bootcamps and 30 minute HIIT classes. The bootcamps are 45minutes long and are available to all fitness levels.
