A spacious gym offering 4 separate training rooms including a functional training facility, a free weights room and a huge range of state-of-the-art gym equipment to suit all your training needs. An immersive spin studio with 26 bikes and a large multi purpose studio where we offer a range of group exercise sessions including Pilates, bootcamp, kettlebells, step and many more.....there's over 40 group sessions every week. Non-members welcome during staffed hours (7am-9pm weekdays, 8am-1pm weekends) Members have access 5am - 11pm 365 days a year. In-house Personal Trainers and Massage Therapists. Pop in anytime to have a look around - there's no need to make an appointment - you will always be made welcome.
