We are an adult, kids and Teen strongman gym, we invest in coaching, training, equipment, seminars to aid your development. We are original and enforce a NO EGO rule in a safe environment. We have a huge professional support network for all members to access. We keep classes small to allow hands on coaching for safe practise of all movements and to tailor the classes to you. All our Coaches have CPD in place to give the most up to date training methods. limited membership giving you the chance to be part of this exclusive member only gym.
