HEAT Health and Fitness is a fitness studio located in Newry City Centre. We offer 45 minute, high intensity interval (HIIT) training classes, which are delivered using low impact, Concept2 Bike, Row and Ski Ergs. Participants also receive their own individual heart rate monitor to wear during the session for individualised training with the benefits of a group setting. Classes are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis, with discounted rates available for 5 and 10 class packages. A monthly membership is also offered, with members availing of unlimited classes as well as member only draws, and rewards/discounts with other local businesses such as cafes, wellness shops and restaurants.
