A combat sports gym and MMA fight team based in Leeds, England. Named after Alexander the Great's elite personal guard, we offer training for all levels in both 1-to-1 and small group sessions in order to help you achieve your goals. We focus on teaching both technical application and conceptual understanding; layering your skillset so that you not only know how to utilise a technique, but where and when it is most useful and what the risks involved in doing so are.
