Inspire Fitness is a small, friendly gym for people who wouldn't normally join a gym. We have members ranging in age from 15 to 95 and every shape, size and fitness ability in between. Every member gets a personalised programme based on their current fitness levels and goals which is reviewed and updated every six workouts.
