The centre is a hub of activity for both the local community and elite athletes. "While many praise the friendly staff and clean facilities, some guests encounter significant issues with unattended children in the gym and poor handling of pool closures. The gym's space and equipment are generally well-regarded, but a lack of tidiness regarding weights and a concerning incident with a child's swim session highlight areas needing improvement."
