The IronWorX Gym is located in the community of Hirwaun. The aim of the IronWorX is to educate, motivate and inspire individuals to improve health, fitness and wellbeing. We promote health and fitness and ultimately wellbeing within the community. The fitness facility provides a gym, fitness classes an Personal Training along with offering a free weights area, functional fitness area, cardio area, a dedicated spin studio and a fitness studio. There are a wide range of classes available each week to both members and non members of all ages and abilities.
