Bristol based female personal trainer offering a variety of indoor and occasional outdoor training on a one-to-one and small group basis. NASM Level 3 PT qualified and StrongFirst Kettlebell and Bodyweight certified. All training is crafted to fit individual needs, ranging from running, strength training, kettlebells, boxing and skipping. My aim is to make people feel happier and more confident with themselves and the world around them. I empower people by sharing my knowledge and understanding of fitness and the human body as a whole. I love to make exercise fun and easy for everyone so it can become habitual and enjoyable, rather than a dreaded chore. It's feel-good personal training that's all about making it work for you.
