Gray Institute GIFT Fellow of Applied Functional Science 2022. IFBB Certification in Advanced Nutrition 2019. Mike is also a qualified Level 3 tutor and mentors a small group of personal trainers. Alice Johnson is a qualified and insured Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. We promote movement ability, healthier eating and enjoying the gift of life through empowering our clients. We are always a work in progress and are in continuous professional development. We want to be the best we can be for those we serve.
