We are very proud of our warm, community based studio, heated in the winter and air-conditioned in the summer. London Pilates4U attracts a wonderful mix of local residents and loyal clients who travel from afar. We are passionate about what we do. This allows us to provide high quality Reformer, Mat, Mixed Equipement Pilates and Yoga as well as individual Pilates coaching sessions which focus on each and every client and their unique bodies. We deliver results and we care about our clients - their daily struggles, achievements and growth. We are avid Pilates practitioners who come from different walks of life and we all bring our own individual flavour to our classes.
