I specialise in body transformation (fat loss, muscle building), injury & chronic joint rehabilitation, strength training, kettlebell instruction and exercise philosophy (in other words how to develop the mindset required to workout consistantly for life!). In conjuction with free weights, my clients learn how to also master their own bodyweight through exercises like press up, pull ups, one legged squats and even handstands. The combination of free weights and bodyweight training produces time and again the strongest, leanest, mosty conditioned people around. Everyone is welcome. Whatever age or fitness level, everyone is welcome.
