Military Fitness Academy is an outdoor fitness company based in Thanet in the Ramsgate area. Bootcamp classes run 3 times a week in and around the Government Acre/ Western Undercliff area. Classes draw from a huge number of other fitness disciplines and can have a positive effect on Hyrox, OCR and adventure racing as well as boosting regular team sport performance too.
