Mindset Functional Fitness is a 20,000sqft facility that has just over 70 classes scheduled every week. Four studios that cater for functional training, boxing, yoga, spin, kids classes, mums only classes, strength and conditioning and more. We have a wide variety of strength training equipment with more on the way! Changing rooms on site with lockers, showers, fitted hair dryers and complimentary shampoos and shower gels. Meal prep service is also available within our bespoke cafe that has a seating capacity of 75 along with free wifi.
