The exercise, nutrition and beauty including vitamin injections is led by Petra Lewis, who is vastly experienced and has helped hundreds of people improve their fitness, confidence and self esteem since 2008. She is a Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer and also has qualifications including Torso Training and Core Strength, Kettle Bells and Exercise for Ultimate Fat Loss. All Beauty procedures are performed using Neals Yard Remedies Organic products to ensure a natural no 'nasties' approach. At New U it is our belief that it is never too late to enhance the quality of life.
