Newton Abbot Leisure Centre (NALC) is located in the centre of Newton Abbot. Hosting a 25m Swimming Pool, Sauna and Steam, 4 Court Sports Hall, 3 Studios including indoor cycling, Gym and Birthday Party Room. We run a number of exercise classes each week, from Yoga to Body Pump, Indoor Cycling and Aquafit. Our swim school hosts a number of stages, available for babies right through to adults. Our professional Personal Trainers will support and guide you through all aspects of your exercise, whether your getting fit, changing lifestyles or training for a competition. Our Sports Hall can be hired out for Football, Badminton, Table Tennis, Basketball and much more.
