NRG Gravesend is located right in the centre of Gravesend town, meaning that we are a really convenient gym for local residents. At NRG Gym you will find well over 150 pieces of equipment and free weights, meaning that there is something available for every level of experience and ability. Our facilities include our new studio area, cardio zone, female only zone, functional zone, resistance machines, strength zone, spinning zone AND male and female saunas. We have over 30 free classes per week and there are always personal trainers on hand to help you reach your health & fitness goals. Travel: Gravesend train station is within a 30 second walk. Free 3 hour parking in the Thamesgate Shopping Centre opposite the gym.
