Welcome to Onebody4life a fitness studio in the heart of Leam Lane, suitable for all fitness abilities. We have a great setup, amazing classes with outstanding instructors. A very friendly studio, making each person feel part of the team ethos but also making everyone's experience very personal. We have regular weight loss challenges, team outings and one of the best bits I believe is the friendships that have been made along the way.
