With limited membership numbers, onePT in Rochdale, is a unique hybrid personal training and gym facility that combines a level of expertise and a standard of service that is second to none. onePT offers 1 to 1 and Small Group Personal Training packages with our highly qualified and motivated PTs. Each member is assigned to the most appropriate Personal Trainer based on their training history, goals and most importantly their personality. Together with unlimited gym access along with an inclusive 1 to 1 personal training session each month, unlimited classes, nutritional guidance and constant goal setting, tracking and mentoring; members are guaranteed success and a long-term health and fitness strategy that is both effective and fun.
