Optimus is a unique Gym facility based in Rustington, West Sussex. We offer a wide variety of plate loaded weight machines, cardio machines, pin selector machines, a functional area and a sprung floor mat area. At Optimus we like to have fun so we also have added an element of fun to the gym with a DJ booth to bring you a great playlist whilst you workout. We have staff on hand to help you through your workout and guiding you on how to use the equipment along with our experienced personal trainers. Optimus also run a variety of classes designed to keep your workout fresh and unique.
