Fully Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with Insurance operating from Valhalla Gym, Kilroot Business Park, Carrickfergus. I offer a 12 week P60 Shred Program, Small Group Personal Training Sessions, 1-1 Personal Training, Online Coaching and Nutritional Guidance. I hold over 10 Years of experience working 1-1 and in small groups, a class culture can make fitness fun and I have experience of running outdoor Bootcamps designing HIIT Programs so I can tailor to most needs. Currently learning more about flexibility, conditioning and rehabilitation so I can be even better.
